I first came in to contact with Andrew as a recommendation from my parents. They had built 2 or 3 houses in his care already. I then seeked advice from Andrew about the best course of action for my current and old investment. After explaining my goals and Andrew's research, the right ways of selling were easy to see. I then re-invested in the build of a Queensland duplex. Witch was built in a year including the council approval. The very next day after builder hand over, the 2 dwellings were tenanted. During the build Andrew was able to help leverage the builders at every step of the way. 2 years later I was able to invest again. I then seeked Andrew's recommendation on another build of a duplex. Again, from purchase of the land to builder hand over, the houses were ready in a about a year and tenanted extremely quickly. On both occasions the rent returns that were proposed at beginning were delivered and the proposed capital gains were achieved also. In conclusion I can confidently state with every project committed with Andrew, all rent return and capital gain targets were exceeded, and all projects were completed in about a year.
